The hotel is in a prime spot near attractions. The rooftop bar has lovely views of the canal. Breakfast included many choices and attentive service. I found the staff very courteous and helpful.
The shower pressure was weak. Design of shower made the toilet floor very wet.

the location was ok, near the rialto bridge i guess. lots of restaurants were near.
The sofa bed, you know, the one advertised for families, it was like sleeping on a torture device. it bent upward in the middle. I think it tried to kill me. the hotel just shrugged, acting like i was supposed to know a 1000 euro sofa bed would be a medieval rack.

i really appreciated the central location it made it easy to walk to major attractions. the private water taxi dock was convenient. the rooftop terrace gave an awesome view of the canal. i found the staff very helpful especially with restaurant recommendations.

I wasn't happy with my room. It was a Superior Double or Twin Room. It felt smaller than I expected for the price I paid. the noise at night was quite noticeable. I could hear sounds from the hallway and other rooms. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
